General Office Cleaning
Cleaning schedules are customized to facility needs. One of our management personnel will visit with you and tour your facility to gather the information needed to develop a comprehensive janitorial programs to accommodate you. A basic office/facility cleaning consist of the following, however we customize all services to meet the needs of each particular account:
Janitorial Service Program
Empty waste receptacles and replace liners daily, remove to designated areas for disposal replace liners as needed. Dust all furnishing including counter tops/desk ledges and other horizontal services. Dust high and low areas, such as pictures, partitions tops/baseboards. Spot clean walls as needed. Whisk surfaces of upholstered furniture. Clean interior glass daily. Vacuum carpet floors daily Maintain horizontal surfaces and vent in restrooms keeping dust free. Clean and sanitize all water fountains. Floor care/resilient hard surfaces/tile/terrazzo, etc. Strip/wax tiled floor one each year burnish floor as needed to maintain high luster. Floor care/carpeting. Clean total carpet once each year hot extractions method, spot clean carpet as needed.Our firm is well versed on various cleaning methodologies for facilities from 10,000 to 200,000 square feet and more.Allow us to provide a building services program. Daily, Weekly, Monthly or on a as needed services basis.
