How does this work?

Well it's very simple. You simply schedule an appointment below. Within 24hrs you will receive a call from our office to confirm the site visit. We then schedule one of our qualified technicians to visit your establishment, on your selected date

When do we get the estimate for services?

You will receive an estimate for services within 1 week of the site visit. Generally within a few days.

Are we obligated?

A quote is in no way a contract. You are under no obligation to use our services.

Is a site visit really necessary?

Absolutely. It's the only way for our technicians to give an accurate pricing. There are just so many factors that go into pricing. For example carpet cleaning. How could well possible get an accurate picture of your carpet from words like "dirty". Dirty can simply mean you have regular wear and tear of a carpet, dirt stains/smudges coffee spill etc. Or dirty could mean you have ink, tar embedded in the carpet. We want to give you an accurate pricing. The best way to do this is via a site visit.

How do we prepare for a site visit?

No special set up is required on your end. On our site visit our technicians will simply need to view the areas to be serviced. If you have specific questions, or request these can be discussed at this time.
